lost hope bringers cloak

I crafted a hope bringers cloak from the plans, with all the items, and clicked the popup window to equip it.. and it disappeared..
i refreshed thinking this was a usual server glitch (as there are MANY) and all i have is a apprentices cloak, lvl 10 - none of the items i used to craft the hope bringers and no plans!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED
a few weeks ago i crafted a hope bringers sword that did the same thing when i equipped it using the pop up window it disappeared including all the items used to craft it... as i had several more items and plans i didnt bother reporting this........

i want my cloak back please i spent all my stamina collecting the items and now i have nothing....and cant go any further in quests. speedy resolution would be appreciated!! THANKYOU

how do i get my items back? or at least the plans and stamina i used collecting them all.....

It sucks that you fell victim to one of the many bugs, but you most likely won't get anything back.
