    Agree. Another issue is, a guild will go out of their way to give a city to a lower guild to get it taken from the second dominant guild who will never lose it... and so on. Ultimately, there is no balance for the lower guilds to ever own a city.

    One possible solution I saw posted was to allow for guild level buffs and keep this separate from owning cities (which is more monetary).

    The guild levels should allow the guild to boost using contributions from the members for the sole purpose of Guild war advantages. While owning cities should give monetary benefits as it is now.

    Just my 2 cents.

    These are all very good suggestions / solutions. +1 to each.

    Here's another thought: what if....
    the more cities the defending guild controls, the attacker gets a +10% boost (per city).
    For example:
    -- if dominant guild owns 8 cities (which is very common currently), then challengers get 80% boost (like World Boss bonus).
    -- if dominant guild owns 5 cities and challenger owns 1, then challenger gets 50% boost defender gets 10% boost. etc

    (in a way it's like the Champ War, sorta)

    Then everyone is going to go out of their way to get rid of the useless cities and only keep certain, high-value cities.

    Well, on the new 64/68/73 Asia-Pacific server, it appears we have one uber-guild. Seriously uber. So uber that in just the few days since the merge, they're already picking up players from other well-established guilds, players who realize they'll not have a chance to win….Period. Good luck with making it competitive.

    this is because merging servers isn't the solution to server's dying...UCool couldn't learn that in Evony and I don't expect them to learn it here. To be honest I like this game but I'll probably leave as soon as I have the money to shortly after 4/4/14. Ucool in the 4 years i've played with them have done nothing to address their business model or player retention issues and they just keep putting things on repeat...I think they're starting to hemorage money because they can't keep it up anymore. No game should ever have server mergers in less than a year of going live. That = really poor game construction. *sigh* oh well, good thing I didn't get my hopes up too high when i came here, it's been fun.

    I seriously doubt people will play on new servers after their experiences here and in evony. I know I won't. Especially after all the cash I have dropped and the game now giving everyone the same things I had in my vip status when they have small vip's and some evern no vip. I believe Vip is now useless.

    Uber-guild on our server 64/68/73- player rank and their overall power........
    1 - 235m
    2 - 175m
    3 - 168m
    4 - 50m

    Yep, top 3 have more solo power than entire other guilds.

    one of the problems is there is no other way for a player to get these things. One thing tynon could do would be have side quests for plans and get rid of those useless chests they put in quests the coin is too low,nothing in chests but coins is stupid maybe we should suggest they play final fantasy or another such game. The object of this type of game should not be contests with other players but beating the game boss or the story. I have been playing this game since aug and have no idea if there is a story or what we're supposed to accomplish.By making this a pvp contest they are destroying the game.

    The only real server killers here are Tynon themselves. They have a almost onon-existent admin department that are totally inept and Tynon adds new gimmicks to the game purely in the hope of making money and not improving or adding to game play. They have the most ridiculous mentality in any online game and fail to understand that if they would add to game play they would keep more people playing and generate more income, But no, they add things like casino which adds nothing to game play, then when players win a few decent things they lower the drop rate of decent items, as said by their admin dept themselves. Tynon have the programming in place to make more game play. Quest boss areas for example, used once then never again, ridiculous, they could do seperate sub quests using the same areas for treasure hunts with unique prizes when completed, people would use more stamina so generate more money for tynon. Every part of the game could be improved to keep players playing. Even the childlike scene of GW can be made much better in lots of ways, even its own chat window in each city would improve it. Even guilds can be made more efficient and active by adding in-game guild forums where tips can be added for guild members, information on quests/heroic etc. but no, tynon would rather let servers dwindle to 100 players on each while they try to convince the world that they are full

    Won't be surprised if this thread gets closed...

    If you want to bring out a discussion on a thing that is currently an issue within the game then you should create a new thread, not revive an old thread that was last used in March, not even I can remember back that far!
