Beginners Rewards - NO SHOW

Hi Guys - please HELP!
my Beginners Rewards icon does not show up :confused
- so i am not getting any rewards from that department! need it
I am only on day 2 now - what can i do
please help - do not want to have to start over

Try refreshing your browser. If that doesn't work try to clear your cache/cookies and restart your browser. If that doesn't work try switching to a different browser completely, if none of these things work...it's above my head and I'm sorry.

Tried all off that over last 2days - nothing worked
Differant PC too - and differant browsers on all of them too

So now Tynon Does patch fixes and fixes the "no beginner rewards" problem - does that mean i will actually get mine now????
